Amanda Renee Flynn,

Amanda Renee Flynn, age 30, of Taylorsville passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, July 12 at Frye Regional Medical Center.  She was born on March 30, 1982 to Jerry Thomas Barber and Nancy Diane Crane Barber.  She enjoyed watching movies and spending time with her kids.  She is preceded in death by her grandparents; John Barber, Jr. and wife Helen and William Monroe and Lillian Lucille Crane; two aunts, Mary Ann Brown and Sheila Ann Crane and three uncles, Larry Gene Barber, Odell Franklin Crane and Billy Dean Crane.  Those left to cherish her memory include her parents Jerry Barber of Taylorsville and Nancy Barber of Hiddenite; a special friend of the home James Beggs; three children - Daniel Lee, Dustin James and Courtney Dawn Barber all of the home; two sisters - Amy Barber Elder and husband Phillip and Nancy Gail Byers of Taylorsville; two brothers - Johnny Lee Barber of Taylorsville and Brandon Scott Beard of Hiddenite; two aunts - Janie Mae Barber and Linda Crane Sweet of Hiddenite; one uncle Lloyd Monroe Crane of Hickory; five nieces and nephews and a number of cousins.  She also had two other people in her life Claude I. Flynn and Alan Clower that are left to cherish her memory.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 24 from 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm at Alexander Funeral Service and Service will follow at 2:00 pm in the funeral home chapel.  Burial will follow at Friendship Community Cemetery.  Rev. Michael Barber will be officiating.
