Angela Michelle Mayberry

Angela Michelle Powers Mayberry, age 52, of Kernersville, formerly of Taylorsville, passed away in Forsyth Medical Center on July 1, 2020 following a period of declining health. Born, June 5, 1968, to Mike and Judy Powers of Taylorsville she was a member of Main Street Baptist Church in Kernersville.
Angela was preceded in death by her uncle, Don Powers.
In addition to her parents she is survived by one son, Brennan Mayberry of the home, as well as Brennan’s father, Mark Mayberry. Angela has a brother, Christopher Powers and wife Erica of Huntersville. Nephew, Noah Powers, nieces, Emerson and Elle Powers. Uncle, Larry Powers and wife Kim, aunt, Jane Powers and Carolyn Smith and husband Jan, Peggy Broadway and husband Al, uncle, Harvel Helms, nieces and nephews, Jack and Matt Powers, Cassie Hannah and Carrie Zipperer, Patrick Smith, Kristen and Tyler Smith, Tammy Turner, Matt Helms and Carley Helms.
A graveside committal service will be conducted on Saturday, July 18, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at Antioch Baptist Church with an inurnment following in the church cemetery. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 25, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. at the Main Street Baptist Church, 126 North Main St., Kernersville.
The family request that in lieu of flowers memorials may be made to local missions of Antioch Baptist Church, 580 Antioch Church Rd. Taylorsville, NC. 28681.
