Arnold Lee Bowman

Arnold Lee Bowman, age 74, of Hickory, formerly of Taylorsville passed away on Friday, January 18, 2019 at Gordon Hospice House. He was born on May 18, 1944 in Alexander County, the son of the late Roscoe Earl and Bessie Bell Robinette Bowman. During his career, he worked as a truck driver for Zenith Trucking in Hickory and Cargo Transporters in Claremont. Arnold was a member at Woodlawn Baptist Church and had a great love for his family and grandchildren. He was a collector, avid sports fan, and loved to watch football. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother Cubby Robinette; and sister Betty Echerd.

Those left to cherish his memory include the mother of his children Carol Ann Bowman of Newton; son Tracy Bowman of Taylorsville; daughter Karen Bowman of Newton; and grandchildren Makyla, Kadance, Jarrad, & Shawna Bowman.
