Billy Ray Kenneth Cline, age 34, a devoted father, loving brother, and cherished son, passed away on Wednesday, August 14, 2024, at his home in Catawba County. He was born on Tuesday, August 22, 1989, in Catawba County, where he spent his early years and made countless memories that would last a lifetime.

Billy was known for his unwavering dedication to his family, especially his three beloved sons—Aaron, Logan, and Luke Cline. His love for them was evident in everything he did, and the bond he had with his sons was strong, and he adored each of them deeply.

Billy found joy in the great outdoors, particularly while fishing. He also engaged in the world of video games and had a special fondness for catching Pokémon.

Family ties were an essential part of Billy's life, and he shared a close relationship with his father, Chris Cook (Amy), and his sister Emily Cline; Melissa McClure, his half-sister; and Matthew Cook, his half-brother; aunts and uncles, Judy and Duard Meadows, Larry and Norma Dyson, Roger and Debbie Dyson, Roger and Linda Deal; and a number of nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Billy was proceeded in death by his mother, Dolly Cline, and granny, Betty Cline (Ken).
