Bobby Eugene Little,

Bobby Eugene Little, age 80, passed away unexpectedly at his residence on Thursday, June 25, 2015. Bobby was born on May 23, 1935 to the late Haslin L. and Bessie Childers Little in Alexander County. He served as a pilot in the U.S. Army. Bobby worked as a truck driver and  retired from Consolidated Freight Ways. He enjoyed riding motorcycles, history, was a mason, and a member of the Long Creek Lodge. He also was a tour bus driver.

In addition to his parents Bobby was preceded in death by three brothers Solon, Grady, Conley, twin sister Betty, and sister Donna.

Bobby leaves to cherish his memory one sister Helen Fuller, one sister in law Ruth Little, nephews; Davie Little and wife Virginia, all of Taylorsville, Danny Connor and wife Edwina, of Swansboro, N.C., Steve Fuller and wife Linda, nieces; Faith Davis, Penny Adams, Shelia Tomlin, all of Taylorsville, Barbara Smith and husband Clarence, of Jacksonville, F.L., Patty Capps, of Stanley, N.C., and a number of cousins & friends.

Visitation is Sunday, June 28, 2015 at East Taylorsville Baptist Church from 3:00-4:00 pm with a memorial service following at 4:00 pm at the church. The Rev. Jamie Steele will be officiating. Military rights will be provided by DAV chapter 84 and 6 of Hudson. Place of interment will be Liledoun Baptist Church Cemetery.
