Bobby Harris Lowe, age 76 of Taylorsville passed away unexpectedly on 1/2/2021.Born March 9, 1944 to the late Lynn Lowe and Winnie Wood in Alexander County. Bobby was a member of Mt. Olive Baptist Church but, most of all Bobby will be remembered as a fruit farmer, Bobby and Linnie Lowe, fourth generation apple farmers, opened Sugar Loaf Apple House in 1971 and have operated the farm since. This was their life and proudly ran it for the past fifty years.
In addition to his parents, Bobby was preceded in death by a nephew Ronnie Lowe.
Those left to cherish the memories of Bobby include his wife of twenty-eight years, Nolie Lucienda “Cindy” Dupree Lowe, three sons, Ryan Lowe (Chrissy), Robert Bryant Lowe, Kenneth Clayton, daughter, Lynnette Hillsley (Dustin), sister, Brenda Lowe (Bill), brother, Linnie Lowe, special friends Lori Spiva, Sandy Brelsford, along with a niece Amanda Lowe.
The body of Mr. Lowe will Lie-In-State at Alexander Funeral Service on Wednesday, January 6, 2021 from 9:00 am -5:00 pm and Thursday from 9:00 am – 12:30. A private graveside service will follow.

Covid-19 restrictions apply to all services.
