Bobby Jean Dyson Miller

Bobby Jean Dyson Miller, age 85, passed away Tuesday, July 18, 2023, in Forsyth County. She was born to the late O.C. and Julie Barnes Dyson on Friday, March 18, 1938, in Alexander County. During her working career, Bobby worked as a sewer for Carolina Glove for over 40 years. Mrs. Miller was a member of Liledoun Baptist Church. Bobby was a homemaker that loved reading, flowers, outside work, and being a farmer’s wife.

Including her parents, she was preceded in death by 13 brothers and sisters.

Those left to cherish the memories of Bobby include her husband of 65 years, Ralph Miller; daughter, Teresa Bare (Lynn); grandchild, Michael Bare (Susan); and three great-grandchildren, Dalton, Hudson, and Evie Bare.

A graveside service will be held Friday, July 21, 2023, in the Liledoun Baptist Church Cemetery at 11:00 am. Rev. Jason Payne and Rev. James Bumgarner will officiate. Michael Bare, Scott Payne, Joe Rhyne, Nathan Childers, and Todd Bentley will serve as pallbearers.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
