Bonnie Bowers Hines,

Bonnie K. Bowers Hines, age 61, of Statesville, completed her journey to God’s kingdom on Sunday, July 4th, 2010 at Gordon Hospice House.  Bonnie was born on March 11th, 1949 to the late Otis G. Bowers and Thelma Bowers in Statesville.  She leaves behind a son, daughter, and 3 grandchildren.  Other survivors include 3 sisters and 2 brothers.  There will be a memorial service on Sunday, July 11th at 3:00 P.M. at Mt. Nebo Baptist Church where the Rev. Brian Eades will be officiating.  The family will receive friends and condolences following the service.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Gordon Hospice House at 2341 Simonton Road, Statesville, 28625.   Alexander Funeral Service has been entrusted with the arrangements.
