Braxton Corbin Smith,

Braxton Corbin Smith, age 6, of Taylorsville, passed away at Mission Hospital in Asheville, on August 13, 2016. Braxton was born on January 15, 2010 to Kevin Douglas Smith and Danielle Brook Wallace in Catawba County. Braxton enjoyed riding dirt bikes, hunting, and fishing, but most of all he loved Jesus and his family.

In addition to his parents Braxton leaves to cherish his memory, sister, Kinsley Wallace; step brothers, Devin Thomas & Blake Head; two step sisters, Taylor Harrell & Hailey Head; grandparents, Tommy & Teresa Smith, Cindy & Eddy Wike, and Gary & Renee Wallace; aunt Amy & uncle Matt Holsclaw, uncle TJ & aunt Becky Smith; niece, Lydia Harrell, and nephew, Wyatt Holsclaw.

Visitation will be Tuesday, August 23, 2016 at Alexander Funeral Service from 6:00-8:00 pm. A memorial service will be conducted on Wednesday, August 24, 2016 at Alexander Funeral Service at 4:00 pm. Burial will take place in the Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery.
