Brian Keith Jones

Brian Keith Jones, age 59, of Statesville, passed away after an extended battle with cancer on Friday December 22, 2023, at his residence in Iredell County. He was born to Joseph and Glenna Mae Jones on October 9, 1964, in Iaeger, WV. Brian was of the Christian faith. During his working career Brian was self-employed and installed roofs for a living. Mr. Jones had a very competitive spirit and enjoyed coaching his son in sports, competing against his brothers and grandkids playing basketball and other sports. Brian enjoyed bonding listening to music with his daughter.

Brian is preceded in death by his father, brother “TJ” Troy James Jones, nephew Timmy Jones, and niece Lakyn Jones.

Those left to cherish his memories include his mother, one son Adam Keith Jones, three daughters: Tiffany Mae Jones, Alley Renee Jones, Skyler Gale Meadows, three brothers: Dale Jones, Scott Jones (Carol), Terry Jones, one sister Lisa Jones Church, seven grandchildren: Camdyn Houston, Aubree Jones, Austin Phifer, Braxton Jones, Harmony Ritchie, River Jones, Delila Ritchie, along with a number of nieces and nephews. “When the sky turns blue, you will be an angel.”

A Graveside service will be held Wednesday, December 27, 2023, at Iredell Memorial Park at 1:00 pm. Rev. Kenny Davis will officiate. The friends and family will serve as pallbearers.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Society at P.O. Box 6704 Hagerstown, MD 21741.
