Charles St. Clair,

Charles Lavon St.Clair, age 69 of Taylorsville passed away on Wednesday, November 20, 2013 at Valley Nursing Center after a period of declining health. Born October 1, 1944 in Iredell County to the late Clifton and Ruth (Kilby) St. Clair. Charles was retired from the Furniture Industry and enjoyed working in the yard and reading. In addition to his parents he is also preceded in death by his brother: Harold Dean St. Clair. Those left to cherish his memory include his sons: Charles St. Clair Jr. of Taylorsville and Jamie St. Clair of Okatie, South Carolina; grandchildren: Jacob and Emma St. Clair of Taylorsville and Andersen, Parker, Peyton, Hampton and Lowery St. Clair of South Carolina; brother: James Roland St. Clair and sister: Joann St. Clair Barnes.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, November 23, 2013 from 2:00 pm - 2:45 pm at Three Forks Baptist Church and Service will begin at 3:00 pm with the Dr. Carson Moseley officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Three Forks Baptist Church Building Fund at 4685 Three Forks Church Rd; Taylorsville, NC 28681.
