Cindy Renee Walker, age 48 passed away unexpectedly at Catawba Regional Hospital on January 8, 2015. She was born in Iredell County, March 26, 1966 to the late Raymond Eugene and Elizabeth Ann Scott Walker Fox. She was very fond of drawing and writing poems.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by both grandfathers: Allie Walker and Roland Scott; and her stepdad: Gary Fox.
Those remaining to cherish her memory are a daughter: Amanda Jenkins; one granddaughter, Addison Haven Clement; two brothers, Rodney Eugene Walker and wife Melanie, and Jeffrey Lynn Walker and wife Twilla; two nieces: Chelsey Walker Wright and husband Robbie of Roanoke, VA, and Jacklyn Walker; two nephews: Jeremy Walker and Bradley Pennell; Grandmothers: Faye Walker and Eula Harris; four aunts: Jean Warren and husband Michael, Jane Herman and husband Tommy, Gayle Beam, and Mary Earp and husband Dean; one uncle: Randy Scott and wife Marlene; her special friend: Eddie Osborne, and a host of cousins and other family members.
A memorial service will be held at Alexander Funeral Service on Sunday, January 11, 2015 at 3:00 pm. Inurnment will be at Taylorsville City Cemetery. Rev. Josh Byrd will officiate.
