Cynthia Johnson Winebarger

Cynthia Johnson Winebarger, of Stony Point, passed away on September 21, 2016 at Davis Regional Medical Center. She was the born on November 7, 1954 in Iredell County to the late Paul and Florence Helen Bennett Johnson. Cynthia was a member of Stony Point Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents Cynthia was preceded in death by two brothers, Ronald & Wilfred Johnson; and two nephews, John Paul Smith & Anthony Rogers.

Cynthia leaves to cherish her memory her husband of 38 years, Jerry Blaine Winebarger, two children, Autumn Kiser & Paul Winebarger; two step children, Sonya & Duane Winebarger; five sisters, Peggy Parris & Phillip, Florence Ann Rogers & Blake, Cathy Hartness & Denny, Paulette Johnson, and Nancy Johnson; two brothers, Donald Johnson & Betty and Woodrow Johnson & Debbie; sister in law, Lois Johnson, grandchildren, Paige Kiser, Austin Winebarger, Daniel Craven, Sadie Craven, Isabella Winebarger, Nathaneal Winebarger; and a number of nieces, nephews, and special friends.

Visitation will be Saturday, September 24, 2016 at Stony Point Baptist Church from 12:00-1:00 pm. The funeral service will follow. The Rev. Bill Martin and Pastor James R. Speece will be officiating.
