Donald Harold Blanton, age 55, of Taylorsville, passed away at his residence on Thursday, May 12, 2016. Mr. Blanton was born to the late Donald Lee and Francis Sarah Henderson Blanton on January 12, 1961 in Cherokee County, SC. Mr. Blanton was of the Baptist faith. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by grandmother Bertie Lee Blanton and one infant brother.
He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife, Chrystal Michele Stout Blanton of the home, son Daved Blanton of Gaffney, SC, two grandsons: Noah & Landon Blanton; mother in law Mary Sharpe Stout, sister in law Melissa Grice, three nieces, and a host of cousins and special friends.
There are no formal arrangements planned at this time.
