Effie "Frances" Berry

Effie "Frances" Berry, age 98 of Taylorsville passed away on January 22, 2017. She was the daughter of Aaron Henry Lail and Ivie Robinson Lail of Catawba County. In her spare time she loved to be outdoors whether that was gardening or just enjoying the weather. She leaves to cherish her memory two daughters, Jewell Reitzel and husband Jerry, and Maurice Hicks. One son, Clifford Berry and wife Brenda. Sisters, Betty Rumfelt and Eva Bigger. Six grandchildren, six great grandchildren, two step grandchildren, and nine great- great grandchildren. Along with her mother and father she is also proceeded in death by her husband of 37 years, Pardee H. Berry. One son, Carrol Berry and three grandsons.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 26, 2017 at Bethlehem Lutheran Church from 1:00 pm - 1:45 pm and the Funeral Service will follow at 2:00 pm. The Rev. Andrew Weisner will be officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
