Eric Wayne Robinson,

Eric Wayne Robinson, 45, of Taylorsville, passed away on Sunday, March 13 at Iredell Memorial Hospital in Statesville.   Born May 23, 1965 to Billy Wayne Robinson and the late Loretta Harrington Robinson, he was employed with Harrington Construction as a carpenter.  As an avid horseman, and loving all things western, he was a Farrier.  He was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by both sets of grandparents:  W. Glenn and Jettie Robinson; and Flake and Mary Harrington. Eric is survived by his father, Billy W. Robinson and friend, Linda Wike.  Five children;  Leah Robinson, Cody Robinson of Bethlehem; Perry Fowler and McKayla Fowler of Taylorsville and Riley Robinson of Newton.  Two sisters; Crystal Sherrill and husband, Jody of Stony Point; Mary Moore and husband James of Taylorsville.  One brother, Jonathan Robinson and friend, Memori of Taylorsville; as well as a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives. Visitation for Mr. Robinson will be Friday, March 18, at 2:30 pm at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church with the Funeral Service to follow at 4:00 pm.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.  The Reverends Bradley Johnson, Tony Daniels and Lander Heafner officiating.  Alexander Funeral Service is handling arrangements for the Robinson family.
