Ethel B. Gesbrecht,

Ethel B. Gesbrecht, age 92 of Taylorsville went home to be with her Lord and Savior Tuesday evening September 11 in Valley Nursing Center.  She was born in Brooklyn, NY December 28, 1919 and had been a lifelong member of Congregational Church of Cresskill, NJ where when able, had been involved in many aspects of ministries within the church.  Ms. Ethel was a devoted wife to the love of her life of 44 years, husband Harold, who is deceased.  She enjoyed being a childcare giver in her home, was an excellent homemaker as she took great care in cleaning and was noted for the precise manner in which she folded sheets.  She was also a devoted mother and grandmother.  She moved to Taylorsville in 1994. She is preceded in death by her mother Mary E. Brown, one son Harold Jr. as well as an infant son Charles, and eight brothers and sisters. Those remaining to cherish her memories are her daughter Mary G. Bustle and husband Carl of Taylorsville. Two grandsons John Dollar Jr. and special friend Leasa, and Eric Dollar and wife Donna.  Two great grandsons Chase Dollar and wife Kayla, and Aron Dollar.  Two great granddaughters Ashton Dollar and Chelsea Flowers.  She also leaves behind a special grandaughter-in-law Lisa.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, September 13 at 4:00 pm at Temple Baptist Church Cemetery in Stony Point with Pastor Jason Payne officiating.
