Fletcher William Lee Puett, age 41 took his heavenly flight on Wednesday, June 29, 2016 after a six month illness.
Fletcher was born October 30, 1974 to Pam Puett Wiles and Ronnie Puett in Alexander County. He was of the Baptist faith.
He is preceded in death by stepdad Robert Wiles Sr. who raised him, his grandfather, Chaunce Elder and grandparents Sam & Juanita Wiles, and Fred & Margie Puett, aunt, Barbara Davis, and uncle Rickey Wiles.
Those left to cherish his memory are his mom, Pam Wiles, his wife Ann, his daughter Stacye Puett of Stony Point, one brother, Robert Lee Wiles Jr., grandmother, Louise Freeman,one nephew, William Wiles, stepchildren: James, Cameron, Samantha, and Jodie; one step grandchild, Sopie.
His aunts and uncles, Sammy & Shirley Kiser, Connie Stillwell, Howard & Martha Norton, Gene & Diane Autry, Bonnie Elder, Beth Harrington, Ricky Elder, Douglas Harrington, & Curtis Davis, and a number of cousins, and one special cousin Hope Johnson.
He loved to watch wrestling and racing. He had a special cat Molly who will miss him very much.
Visitation will be Saturday, July 2, 2016 at Wayside Baptist Church from 2:00-3:00 pm with the funeral following. The Rev. Sammy Kiser will be officiating. Burial will take place at Carson's Chapel.
