Georgia Fern Brookshire, age 84 of Taylorsville passed away at Catawba Medical Center on Saturday, October 31, 2020 after a period of declining health. Born to George and Fern Amanda Wonnatott Mosier. Georgia was of the Mormon faith, she participated in the DAV Auxiliary, was a Red Hat Lady and enjoyed the Christmas holidays.
A graveside service for Georgia will be conducted in the Eagle Point National Cemetery in Eagle Point Oregon.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lairy Brookshire Jr. and a daughter, Bonnie Sebiel.
Those left to cherish the memories of Georgia include two daughters, Alice Kloes of Taylorsville, Linda Thompson of Chico, Ca., one brother, Steven Thompson of Hanes, Ak., two sisters, Darlene Wilkin of Downy, Idaho, Janet Mosier of Ft. Worth, Texas, one brother, Gary Mosier of Utah , along with a number of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and a special grandchild, Justin Kloes.
Services have been entrusted to Alexander Funeral and Cremation Service, were condolences may be sent to www.alexfuneralservice.com .
