Grace Mikeal Russell

Grace Mikeal Russell, age 87, passed away on Saturday, January 14, 2017 at Caldwell Hospice. She was born in Caldwell County on January 21, 1929 to the late Boone and Doris Louise Fox Mikeal. She was a member of Goshen Baptist Church and the church secretary for 15 years. Throughout her life, she had worked as a seamstress for BlueBell, L & L, Melony's, and was a supervisor at Ithica. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her brothers: Clyde and Earl Mikeal and sisters: Juanita Suddreth and Gladys Caldwell.

Those left to cherish her memory, her husband: Don E. Russell of Moravian Falls; son: James A. Walker & wife Gay of Matthews, NC; two grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and sister: Edith Couch of Lenoir, NC. There are no funeral services planned.
