Grover Lackey, Jr.,

Grover "Butch" Lackey, Jr., age 65, of Hickory, passed away Thursday, May 17, 2012 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem.  He was born October 29, 1946 to the late Grover Lackey and Betty Bunton.  He worked at King Hickory Furniture and loved hunting, fishing and four wheeling.  Those left to cherish his memory include two daughters; Kelly Lackey Setzer and husband Carroll of Claremont, NC and Kim Lackey of Connelly Springs, NC.  Two brothers; Rick and Tony Lackey and two sisters; Sandra Lackey and Billie Summerlin.  He also had two grandchildren, Dustin and Scottie Setzer of Claremont, NC.  A receiving of Family and Friendswill be held on Sunday, May 20, 2012 from 2:00 - 4:00 pm at Alexander Funeral Service.
