Helen Fox Setzer,

Helen Fox Setzer, age 91, of Taylorsville, passed away on Saturday, October 3, 2015 at Caldwell Hospice House. Helen was born to the late Hattie Smith Fox on January 20, 1924 in Alexander County. She graduated Clevenger College. She was employed by Klotman Mills and went on to Crescent Electric Membership Cooperative where she retired. Helen was a member of East Taylorsville Baptist Church for 78 years.

In addition to her mother she was preceded in death by her husband Fred Setzer, brother Aurthor Lee Fox, sister Wilma Katheen Morrison, nephew Harold Lee Morrison, and niece Shirley Ann Morrison Sharpe.

Helen leaves to cherish her memory son Gary Fulbright and wife Linda of Valdese, granddaughter Rebecca Fulbright, two grandsons Brian Christopher Fulbright, & Richard Dean Coley, stepdaughter Stacey Berry, eight great grandchildren, niece Evelyn Hammer and husband J.L., and two nephews Lary Morrison, and Ned Fox.

Visitation Tuesday, October 6, 2015 from 1:30-3:00 pm at East Taylorsville Baptist Church with the funeral following at 3:00 pm. The Rev. Gary W. Jennings and Jamie Steele will be officiating. Burial will take place Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers include; James Ruperd, Toice Kerley, Tommy Smith, Roy Smith, Max Barlowe, and Elbert Harrington.
