Jack Kent Mosley,

Jack Kent Mosley, age 62 of Taylorsville passed away Monday, February 21 at his residence.  He was born in Oakland City, IN to the late Jack L. Mosley and to Bertha Lee Nelson Mosley on March 16th, 1948. He was a Respiratory Therapist for PSA HealthCare out of Charlotte NC for over 20 years.  He attended Mt. Pisgah Lutheran Church in Bethlehem.  He loved all sports, but he especially enjoyed NASCAR, antique cars, and was an avid golfer. Besides his father, he is preceded in death by one infant sister Jackie Lee Mosley. He is survived by his mother; two daughters Katie Wilfong and husband, Erick of Bethlehem, and Megan Mosley of Durham; the mother of his children Margo Mosley of Bethlehem; one grandson Justin Mosley of Bethlehem.  One brother, Nelson Mosley of Bettendorf, Iowa; and one niece Tracy Prosser & husband David, and children Nathan, & Sydney of Springfield, IL.  Funeral Services for Mr. Mosley will be Saturday, February 26, 2011 at 11:00 am at Mt. Pisgah Lutheran Church with the Rev. Mike Stone officiating.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral service. The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, that memorials be made to Palliative Care Center and Hospice of Catawba Valley at 3975 Robinson Road, Newton, NC  28658 or Mt. Pisgah Lutheran Church at 9379 NC Hwy 127, Hickory, NC  28601.  Alexander funeral Service in Taylorsville has been entrusted with arrangements.
