Jackie Lee Dagenhart,

Jackie Lee Dagenhart, age 72, of Taylorsville, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, March 21, 2016 at Frye Regional Medical Center. He was born to the late AC Lee and Mary Mildred Russell Dagenhart on January 1, 1944 in Alexander County. Mr. Dagenhart was a member of First Baptist Church. He loved motorcycles, guitar, The Eagles, and horses. He leaves to cherish his memory two daughters Courtney & Erica Dagenhart and grandson Alex Cole Gourpic.

Visitation will be at 2:30 pm Sunday, March 27, 2016 at Alexander Funeral Service, with the memorial service following at 3:00 pm in the funeral home chapel. Pastor Don Redding will be officiating. Burial will take place in the Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery. The family requests that in addition to flowers that memorials be made to American Institute for Cancer Research, 1759 R St NW, Washington, DC 20009
