James Carl Webster,

James Carl Webster, age 59, of Taylorsville passed away on Monday, February 24, 2014 at his residence after a brief illness. He was born in Alexander County on December 9, 1954 to Jimmy Raye Webster and Nola Avis Webster. James worked as an assembler in woodworking and he enjoyed fishing, the water, and riding through the country. Those left to cherish his memory include his parents: Jimmy and Nola Webster of Taylorsville; daughter: Lori Webster James and husband Adrian of Taylorsville; sisters: Karen Barnes, Beverley Estep, Gail Braswell, and Melony Rhyne of Taylorsville; brothers: Steve Webster and wife Theda of Taylorsville, Gary Webster and wife Darlene of Taylorsville, Don Webster and wife Susie of Taylorsville, and Joel Webster and wife Christy of Lenoir; and two special granddaughters: Shykayla and Makayla James of Taylorsville. A special thank you to Alexander County Hospice for their love and attentive care during his illness.
A memorial service for the Webster family will be held Friday, February 28, 2014 at 5:00 pm at his daughter's residence which is located at 351 Wittenburg Rd; Taylorsville, NC 28681. The Rev. Danny Loudermilk will be officiating the service.
