James Roger Morton II

James Roger Morton II age 62 passed away unexpectedly on May 25, 2020 at his residence in Hiddenite. Born to James Roger Morton and Patricia Sue Wilkinson. James was of the Baptist faith.
James was preceded in death by his mother but those left to cherish the memories of James include his father, James Morton, stepmother Royce of Emerald Isle, four children, James Roger, Jesse, Randy Shay, and Rhett Morton, brother, Andy Morton of Wilmington, sister, Angela “Susie” Schaffer of Winston Salem, stepbrothers, Donald Chapman of Morehead City and Roy Allen Chapman of New Port also stepsister, Teresa Louise Queen of New Port.
The memorial service for James will be held on Friday, May 29, 2020 at Alexander Funeral Service at 4:00 pm.
Rev. Gary Jennings will be officiating.
Inurnment will be with the family.
