Jeanne "Pat" Good

Jeanne “Pat” Good, age 85, passed away Tuesday, November 22, 2022, at her home in Catawba County. She was born to the late Lewis and Irene McCrary Benfield on September 21, 1937, in Caldwell County. Ms. Good was a member of Augustana Lutheran Church.

Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her step-father, Collis Reece, husband of 58 years, Brownlow Good, two sons, Barry Good and Steve Good, two sisters, Peggy Perry and Susan Tolbert.

Those left to cherish the memories of Jeanne include her daughter, Lee Ann Parris (Elbert), sisters, Doris Hall, Judy Tolbert (Ralph), Debbie Haynes, special daughters-in-law, Joyce Good and Sheree Good Penley, three grandchildren, Andrew Mason (Krystal), Michelle Ebeling (Ben), Keith Campbell (Stephanie), 11 great-grandchildren, Natalie Mason, Joselyn, Landon and Lilly Ebeling, Gracie, Katie, Jaylise, Clayton and Jacob Campbell, and a number of nieces, nephews, and special friends.

A visitation will be held Saturday, December 3, 2022, at 11:00 am, followed by a Celebration of Life at First United Methodist Church in Conover at 12:30 pm. Burial will be at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens in Hickory. Rev. Charmaigne Van Rooyen will officiate. Philippe Rojzman, Robert Dula, Tim Thompson, Bradley Haynes, Caleb Haynes, and Drew Mason will serve as pallbearers.

Flowers will be accepted, or donations may be made to the charity of your choice.

The family will be wearing red or bright colors, Jeanne’s favorite.
