Jennie P. Icard

Jennie P. Icard, age 90 of Bethlehem passed away Wednesday November 30th at home surrounded by
her family. Jennie loved her family and friends and enjoyed spending time with them. She enjoyed her church family and church activities. Singing brought her joy. Jennie had a beautiful smile, infectious giggle, and was loved by many. Jennie was preceded in death by her husband Willard C. Icard and grandson Jason Icard.

Those left to cherish her memory are son Richard Icard of Hickory, son Jeffrey Icard of Bethlehem, daughter Jennifer Sears of Dudley Shoals and their spouses, brother Richard Parlier of Granite Falls, Ann P. Morgan of Menlo Park, California, eight grandchildren, 10 great grand children, and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

The funeral service will be held Saturday at 3:30 pm at Mt Bethel United Methodist Church. The family will receive friends prior to the service at 2 pm. Jennie would have liked everyone to wear bright colors to the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to Mt Bethel United Methodist Church, 9042 NC 127, Hickory, NC 28601.
