Joyce E. Taylor, age 56, of Ellendale, went home on August 15, 2012 to be with our Lord and Savior. She left behind her husband of 35 years, Robert F Taylor; Children - Rick Taylor and wife Jessica, Tara Taylor and husband Thomas & Gina Lockard and husband Eddie; Siblings - Linda Bandy(sister) and husband Buck, Regina Smercanksey (sister) and husband Steve & Harold Roland(brother) and wife Betty; Grandchildren - Kendra Taylor, Erin Mecimore, Taylor Lockard & Jasmine Lockard and also plenty of other loving family.
There will be no formal arrangements. The family will have a private memorial service at a later date.
