Larry "Steve" Harrington, age 70, of Taylorsville, passed away Thursday, May 26, 2016 at Valley Nursing Center. He was born April 26, 1946 in Alexander County. He was a retired truck driver. Before his retirement he was employed by Hart Trucking and Bush Motor Lines.

Left to cherish his memory his daughter Quintina & husband Jody Jolly, long time companion Gail James, his beloved pet Buffy, along with Brenda Honeycutt & husband Don, and many numerous friends and family.

A graveside service will be conducted at 3:00 pm Saturday, May 28, 2016 at Three Forks Baptist Church Cemetery. The Rev. Jamie Steele will be officiating. The family will receive friends at the graveside.
