Mary Audell Greene,

Audell Greene, age 81, of Claremont, passed away on Tuesday morning, August 9th, 2011 at her home.  Mary was born in Barbour County, West Virginia on May 29th, 1930.  She was a member of The Singing Seniors of Alexander County.  She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 54 years, Chester Greene; and her brother, Lyndell Miller.  Those left to cherish her memory include 2 daughters: Shirley Duncan & husband Michael of Claremont, and Debbie Icenogle of Redding, CA; 1 son, Mark Greene & wife Debbie of Winfield, WV; and also her sister, Loudell Warner & husband Glenn of Sissonville, WV.  She also leaves behind 2 grandchildren:  Stacy Bryant & husband Kevin of Charlotte, and Chris Lambert of Hickory.  There are no formal services planned.  Alexander Funeral Service has been entrusted with arrangements.
