Michael Sean Moses

Michael Sean Moses, age 51, passed away Friday, February 23, 2024, at his home in Alexander County. He was born to Gary Wayne Moses and the late Vickie “Kay” Crumpler in Catawba County on Monday, May 1, 1972. Mr. Moses was a graduate of Bunker Hill High School and proudly served his country in the United States Navy, and he loved his country. Michael worked as a maintenance technician for Shurtape. During his free time, he enjoyed his new truck. Michael cherished his family and loved spending time with them.

Including his mother, he was preceded in death by his daughter, MaKaila Cheyenne Moses.

Those left to cherish the memories of Michael include his wife of seven years, Tracy Moses; children, Austin Moses (Nichole), Kennedy Moses, Kaitlyn Townsend, Amberly Townsend; father, Gary Moses; sister, Peggy Moses (JD); brothers, David Moses (Vanessa), Ryan Osborne (Tonya), Kelly Osborne (Melinda); and several nieces, nephews, and extended family members.

A visitation will be held Friday, March 1, 2024, at Alexander Funeral Service from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm. The funeral service will be held Friday, March 1, 2024, in the Alexander Funeral Service Chapel at 2:00 pm. Rev. Paul Schronce will officiate. Inurnment will be with the family.

The family will accept flowers.
