Nelson Christopher Hoyle,

Nelson Christopher Hoyle, age 46, of Taylorsville passed away on Wednesday, July 25, 2012.  He was born on November 19, 1965 in Burke County to the late Donald and Wanda Kay Kiser Hoyle of Hickory.  He was a faithful member of Beulah Baptist Church in Taylorsville where he was a Sunday school teacher.  Nelson was employed by JK Landscaping & Grading of Hickory for the past fourteen years.  Survivors include his wife of 23 years, Roxanne Bumgarner Hoyle; two daughters, Sara and Mara and a son, Noah of the home; and one brother, Russell Hoyle and his wife Andrea and kids of Catawba County. He also has brother and sister in-laws; Ernie and Karen Bumgarner; David and Angela Wooten along with a number of nieces and nephews from Taylorsville.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 28, 2012 from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Alexander Funeral Service.  Service will be held on Sunday, July 29, 2012 at 3:00 pm at Beulah Baptist Church.  The body will lie in state 30 minutes prior to service.  Burial will follow at Poplar Springs Baptist Church.  Rev. Brent Dula will be officiating.  Pallbearers will be Scott Mitchell, Eric Bumgarner, Jason Mecimore, Kevin Houston, Jeffery Williams and Kevin Williams.
