Nick Andrew Johnson

Nick Andrew Johnson, age 50, passed away at his home on Tuesday, April 25, 2023, in Alexander County. He was born to the late Jimmy Andrew Johnson and Kathy Bowman Johnson on Saturday, April 14, 1973, in Catawba County. Mr. Johnson was of the Christian faith. He enjoyed Porsche and BMW cars. Nick loved to tinker, draw, and play chess.

Including his father, he was preceded in death by son, Aaron Johnson; maternal grandparents, Garfield and Katherine Bowman; and paternal grandfather, Jim Johnson.

Those left to cherish the memories of Nick include his mother, Kathy Johnson; brother, Casey Johnson; half-brother, Andrew Johnson; paternal grandmother, Thelma Johnson; special friends, Dawn and Lou; and a number of aunts and uncles.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, April 29, 2023, in the Alexander Funeral Service Chapel at 3:00 pm. Rev. Tony Daniels will officiate. Inurnment will be with the family.
