Nicole Lee Tadt

Nicole Lee Tadt, age 47, of Taylorsville passed away after a long fight with an illness on Saturday, July 17, 2021, at Iredell Health System Hospital. She was born in Springville, New York on May 7, 1974, to Keith Allan Tadt and the late Deborah Jane Tadt. Nicole was a dedicated mother to her two children and was devoted to her friends and her family. She enjoyed gardening, watching birds off her front porch, and helping others. She was an active member of the local Farm Bureau and longtime dedicated to NC 4-H volunteer her whole life. She never met a stranger and would give the shirt off her back to help others. She loved watching her children achieve their goals in life and in school, such as showing sheep and agriculture.

Along with her father, those left to cherish her memory include her son Seth Allan Tadt; daughter Cecilia Jane Tadt; sister Ronna Tadt Groot; grandmother Nancy Thomas; and her nephew Trey Matthews.

There are no formal funeral arrangements planned at this time. A family led memorial service to celebrate Nicole’s life will be held at a later time. Memorials may be sent to NC 4-H Development Funds c/o NC 4-H Youth Scholarships @ NCSU Campus Box 7655; Raleigh, NC 27695.
