Pearl Allen Wyatt,

Pearl Allen Wyatt, age 81, passed away on Sunday, February 20th, 2011 at Valley Nursing Center in Taylorsville.  She was born on April 4th, 1929 to parents Rev. Clarence and Eupha Matheson Allen in Alexander County.  She served as a homemaker.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Wyatt; granddaughter, Leslie Bumgarner; sister, Christine Allen Brotherton; & 2 brothers: Earl and Atwell Allen. She is survived by her daughter, Mrs. Rowe (Roxie) Bumgarner; and her grandson Andy Bumgarner and wife, Tami of Bethlehem.  Also surviving is one brother, Robert Allen and wife, Katherine of Hiddenite, NC along with several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held Monday, February 21st, from 6 * 7:30 pm at Alexander Funeral Service.  Graveside Services will be on Tuesday, February 22, 4:00 pm at Mt Nebo Baptist Church in Hiddenite with Rev. Brian Eades presiding. Andy & Larry Bumgarner, Billy, James Brian, Jacob, & Scotty Abernathy will serve as pallbearers. Alexander Funeral Service has been entrusted with arrangements.
