Ralph Fox,

After an extended illness Monday, April 13, 2015, the soul of Ralph William Fox 83 of Taylorsville left his earthly body and is now present with our Lord Jesus Christ in whom he trusted, loved, and served. Mr. Fox was a member of the Liledoun Baptist Church where he eagerly served the Lord faithfully.  Prior to retiring to Taylorsville, Ralph lived in Biloxi, MS for 28 years.  He proudly served the U.S. Air Force retiring after 24 years as a SMSGT and then worked for the Department of Defense Civilian GS-10 with the USAF at Keesler AFB, Biloxi, MS.

Ralph is the son of the late Will Otis  and Hettie Rebecca Jane Hendrix Fox.  In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a wife, Joan L. Fox and son, Ralph Fox, Jr.

Survivors include Ralph’s wife Faye Fox of Taylorsville; a son, Allen D. Fox and wife Ann of Jackson, MS; two daughters, Elaine K. Stracener and husband, Boyd of Titusville, FL and Janet R. Fields and husband Ray of Middletown, MD; two extended family daughters, Samantha Lackey and husband, Jeff of Statesville, NC and Brigitte Ferriera and husband, Chris of  Cheyenne, WY  a son Jonathan Cain of Atlanta, GA; two sisters, Odessa White of Taylorsville and Virginia Stevenson of Titusville, FL; grandchildren, Colin Fields , Eric Fields, Bryan Lackey and fiancé, Brittany Macera, Lindsey Lackey, Logan Ferriera, Clinton Stracener, Brett Stracener, and Yolanda Vaughan, six great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on April 17, 2015 from 6:00 pm  to 8:00 pm at Liledoun Baptist Church

The family will also receive friends at the home. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am  April 18,  2015 at Liledoun Baptist Church, Pastors Dr. James Lockee, James Bumgarner, and Coy Walker will officiate.  A graveside service will be held at Liledoun Cemetery.  Military Services will be provided by The National Guard and United States Air force.
