Randy Blake Goodman,

Randy Blake Goodman, age 62, of Taylorsville, passed away on Wednesday, February 23rd, 2011 at his home.  He was born in Iredell County on February 5th, 1949 to parents James Elmer & Nora Katherine Carson Goodman.  He was of the Baptist faith.  He was employed as a millwright for 20 years under Lloyd W. Aubrey Company.  He was an avid Harley Davidson Motorcycle fan.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Ray Mills.  Those left to cherish his memory are his son, Randy Brian Goodman & wife Robin of Taylorsville; 3 daughters: Hope Goodman Lail & husband Jackson – also of Taylorsville; Brandy Goodman of Denver, CO; and Amber Goodman of Mechanicville, Iowa.  He is also survived by 3 sisters: Nancy Pearson & husband Raleigh of Taylorsville; Gene Morrow of Mooresville; & Katherine Gurley of Mooresville; also 1 brother: Donald Mills of Charlotte; 6 grandsons, and a host of nieces and nephews.  No formal services are planned.  Memorials may be made to Hospice & Home Care of Alexander County @ 50 Lucy Echerd Lane.
