Richard Lee Norris,

Richard Lee Norris, age 51, of Taylorsville, passed away at his residence on Thursday, April 28, 2016. He was born on December 25, 1964 in Beaufort, South Carolina. Richard was the son of Beatrice Norris and the late Raevon Norris. He was preceded in death by his wife Arlene Norris.

Surviving family are his mother, Bea Norris, two sons Wesley Johnson & wife Samantha and Ricky Norris of New York, brothers Scott Norris & wife Brook and Connor Munday, two nephews Josh Norris & wife Jessica and Dylan Norris & wife Sadie, two grandchildren Hunter & Emory, and a host of nieces, nephews, and special friends.

The family will receive friends Sunday, May 1, 2016 at South Fork Baptist Church, Todd, NC from 2:00-3:00 pm. The memorial service will be conducted at 3:00 pm. The Rev. David Cooper & Rev. Gary Watson will be officiating.
