Robert “Shane” Summerlin, age 46, passed away Saturday, December 17, 2022, at his home in Horry County in South Carolina. He was born to Robert Henry Summerlin and Billie Powell Summerlin on December 13, 1976, in Catawba County. Mr. Summerlin enjoyed hunting, fishing, jet skis, and watching NASCAR. He also enjoyed hanging out with friends. Shane loved taking his children on trips and spending time with them.
Those left to cherish the memories of Shane include his parents, sons, Justin Shane Summerlin and Dylan Jared Summerlin, daughters, Mekayla Renee Summerlin (Jimmy Sharpe) and Courtney Nicole Summerlin, and brother, Michael “Dusty” Summerlin.
A private family service will be held.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Alexander Funeral and Cremation Service.
