Roger Elvis Blinson, age 65 passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, January 11, 2015. Born in Caldwell County on August 21, 1949 to the late Walter Elvis and Iris Durham Blinson, he had been of the Baptist faith and enjoyed carpentry.
In addition to his parents, he had a brother Ricky Blinson, that preceded him in death.
Those remaining to cherish his memory are his wife - Sherry Blinson of the home; one son - Russell David Blinson; one daughter- Shannon Renee Curtis; two grandchildren and three brothers - Tim, Sherrill, and Keith Blinson all of Caldwell County. He also leaves behind a number of nieces and nephews.
There are no formal services planned for Mr. Blinson.
