Roger "Rodger" L. Ratliff, age 43, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, May 26, 2012 at the New Outlook of Taylorsville. He has been transported to the care of Honaker Funeral Home in Honaker, Virginia and they will announce the funeral arrangements at a later time. Alexander Funeral Service was entrusted with the local funeral care.
