Ronald Hall Walker,

Ronald Hall Walker, age 67, of Taylorsville, passed away at his residence on Tuesday, December 22, 2015. He was the son of the late Lindsay Hall  and Lona Belle Land Walker. He was born on July 25, 1948 in Alexander County. He was employed by Commscope, Century Furniture, and Sherrill Hickory as a truck driver. In addition to his driving he enjoyed farming and grading. In addition to Mr. Walker's parents he was preceded in death by a sister Annette Elder and granddaughter Cevanna Walker.

Mr. Walker is survived by sisters; Bernice Hudspeth & Lawrence, Jane Pennell & Grady, brothers; Dwight  Walker & Gayle, Charles Walker & Joann, sons; Richard Walker, Jeffry R. Walker & Michelle, grandchildren; Jeffry " Dusty" D. Walker & Sara, Cierra Walker, Braden Walker, two great grandchildren; Macy & Eli Walker, one aunt Edith Land, and numerous extended family and special friends.

Visitation will be Saturday, December 26, 2015 from 1:00-2:30 pm at Dover Baptist Church. The funeral service will follow at 2:30 pm. The Rev. Phil Jolly will be officiating the service. Burial will take place in the church cemetery. The family requests that in addition to flowers that memorials be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital; 6000 Fairview Rd #305; Charlotte, NC 28210
