Sherry Weaver Deal,

Sherry Lynn Weaver Deal, age 42, of Taylorsville passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, October 1, 2013 due to an automobile accident. Born October 24, 1970 to James Weaver Jr. and Peggy Teague Weaver, she worked at Family Dollar in Taylorsville. Sherry enjoyed sewing, planting flowers and her newest hobby was motorcycle riding. She is preceded in death by her grandparents: James & Jeanette Weaver and James & Marjorie Teague; aunt: Patricia Baker and uncle: Gary Teague. Including her parents, those left to cherish her memory include her husband: Rayford Deal; brother: Shannon Weaver and wife Veronica; half-brother: RJ Weaver; step-brother: Lance Lunsford; step-sister: Felicia Gourley and a number of nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
The family will receive friends on Friday, October 4, 2013 from 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm at Alexander Funeral Service. The Service will be held on Saturday, October 5, 2013 at 3:00 pm at Smyrna Baptist Church with the Rev. Michael Barber officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
