Terry Dale Bolick, age 67, of Hickory, passed away on Saturday, March 5, 2016 at Catawba Regional Hospice. He was born to the late Everette E. and Cordie Fox Bolick on July 23, 1948 in Catawba County. He retired as an inspector for Catawba County Environmental Health. Mr. Bolick was a member of Mt. Bethel United Methodist Church, but attended St. Peter's United Methodist in Lawndale, NC. He loved reading, spending his free time outdoors, and was an avid hunter & fisherman.
In addition to his parents Mr. Bolick was preceded in death by one sister: Ann Bolick Robinson; an infant brother, and niece Lisa Trull.
Mr. Bolick leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Toni K. Bolick of the home, brother in law: Harold Robinson & fiancé Nancy Hendren, nephew: Michael Robinson both of Bethlehem, and a host of cousins.
Visitation will be held Thursday, March 10, 2016 from 1:30-3:00 pm at East Taylorsville Baptist Church, with the funeral service following at 3:00 pm. The Rev. Juston Smith and Gary W. Jennings will be officiating. Burial will take place in the Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers include: Tom Spurling, Scott Spurling, Tommy Campbell, Roger Fortman, Greg Kain, and Dale Bowman. The family request that in lieu of flowers that memorials be made to Catawba Regional Hospice; 3975 Robinson Rd, Newton, NC 28658
