Treva Boyd Key,

Treva Lucile Boyd Key, age 85, of Newton, passed away on Sunday, April 3, 2016 at Trinity Ridge Nursing Home. Treva was born to the late William Franklin and Audry Marple Boyd on July 4, 1930 in Picher, Oklahoma. Before her retirement Treva worked as a billing clerk in the textile industry. Treva loved collecting recipes, reading, gardening, and enjoyed working with computers. In addition to her parents Treva was preceded in death by her husband E.J. Key, and four siblings.

Treva leaves to cherish her memory four children: Audry Parker, Steven Johnson, Chuck Johnson, & Elizabeth Key; sixteen grandchildren, many great grandchildren, a brother Billie Boyd, sister Cordea Humphries, and a host of nieces, nephews, and special friends.

A celebration of Treva's life will be conducted on Wednesday, April 6, 2016 in the Alexander Funeral Service Chapel at 3:00 pm. The Rev. Gary W. Jennings will be officiating. Inurnment will take place with the family.
